Our mission is to help local homeowners stay safely in their homes and preserve the stock of affordable housing in Jefferson County, Washington.
About Us
REPAH was established in January 1992 as a non-profit corporation sustained largely by donations from local realtors and industry affiliates.
- We provide financial assistance to low income homeowners in Jefferson County, Washington to make emergency repairs and safety improvements to their homes.
- We partner with other local non-profits, foundations and contractors.
- We build stronger community by maintaining affordable housing stock and homeownership.

Recent REPAH Projects:
- Participated in heat pump installation project.
- Replaced hot water heater, bathroom faucets, and new drains.
- Repaired non-functioning outdoor porch light.
- Removed wood stove chimney and repaired hole in roof.
- Provided dumpsters and paid for garbage disposal services for many customers.
- Paid for septic repair and septic pumping.
- Partnered with Habitat for Humanity to replace several roofs and skylights.
- Emergency window replacements.
- Front porch/handrail repair
- Emergency front porch replacement.
- Replacement/repair of exterior siding and skirting.
- Replacement of interior flooring that was a health and safety issue.
- Wheelchair ramp installation and repair.
